Abstract: Under the background of Belt and Road training top-class simultaneous interpreters becomes a focused topic. The purpose of this research is to draw the outline of SI history in China. To achieve this purpose we use descriptive-comparative approach to show the evolution of SI study in China. According to three historical stages we can discovery following changes: Chinese researchers gradually summarize experiences of interpreting practice, study foreign theories but keep exploring professional systems of training SI interpreters and researchers on the basis of unique Chinese characteristics. Through studying history we may came to the following conclusions: the development of SI history in China is mainly evolving on the path of complementation and modernization about The Interpretive Theory of Translation; cognitive psychology and psychological linguistics form the theoretic foundation of analyzing the mechanism about SI working memory; remote SI teaching during the epidemiological and post-epidemic era causes for concern; education informatization of interpreting under the background of artificial intelligence’s era is being on the rise; SI study in Russian language is gradually showing rising trend during the recent ten years. We can make a forecast for the further SI research: it is going on the road of digitization and intellectualization, which may cause deeper technological change.

Abstract: The education quality of new engineering disciplines is essential to the prosperity and technological development of the country. There are problems need to be solved such as the inconsistency between talent cultivation and national needs as well as social development, and the low proportion of professional teachers participating in innovation and entrepreneurship education as well as ideological and political education which are necessary and important in the current college students training in new engineering disciplines. This paper proposed an integrated mode based on three types of education including professional education, ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, which is named Three Types of Education Integration Mode (3E Integration Mode), to improve the social adaptability and competitiveness of college students in the background of new engineering disciplines. In this paper, we proposed improvement methods for the 3E model from three aspects including curriculum building, major construction, and supporting of college policies in order to effectively solve the practical problems in college students training. In terms of curriculum building, we aim to make the content of professional courses more suitable in the background of new engineering disciplines and technological advancements through reconstruction of course content and reforms in teaching methods and modes. For major construction, we discuss the construction of a comprehensive curriculum system, promoting learning through competitions, and the synergy between teaching and learning, as well as optimizing the student evaluation system. These measures enable college students to develop independent learning and practical abilities while possessing a solid theoretical foundation. Finally, we believe that supporting of college policies, including faculty training and enhancement and reforms in talent evaluation systems, serve as guarantees for implementing the aforementioned improvements.

Abstract: In Ethiopia, traditional peacekeeping institutions and their applications are a common phenomenon in keeping the peace for a long time. The role of sustaining the institutions and using them as a peace-keeping mechanism rests on the elders of each generation. Without elders’ engagement, the institutions are nothing by themselves. This paper tried to show the role of customary conflict resolution mechanisms and elders in preserving peace and security in the Sheko community to show their importance and use them to address ethnic conflicts. To achieve the study’s objectives, different methods like focus group discussion, participant observation, and interviews are used. In addition, the researcher tried to review various kinds of literature regarding the role of customary conflict resolution mechanisms and elders. After all, the results showed that the people of Sheko possess a weighty customary system for resolving disputes that are based on harmony, understanding, spiritual unity, and strength. Abstract: Sentiment analysis is a key procedure in many natural language processing systems that extract emotions from textual input. In recent years, Arabic sentiment analysis has become a significant study area. With the growth of social media platforms and data flow, especially in Arabic, substantial difficulties have emerged that call for new strategies to address problems, such as the Arabic language's complicated development and the complexity of the multiple, binary, or massively imbalanced Arabic dataset categorizations. Besides, the system's limitations, whether in online analysis tools, deep or machine learning. This paper proposes a new conjunction method for Arabic sentiment analysis (ASA) called Hybrid Convolution Gate Long (HCGL). This method allows us to extract the best features, handle sequences of different lengths to capture context, address the issue of disappearing error gradients, and improve prediction performance. To match other research works, we conduct studies using a variety of data splits. Furthermore, we pay great attention to Arabic preparation by using all-encompassing procedures that help us address the Arabic language context. The proposed method performs highest in terms of 2-class way efficiency (95.88%), followed by 3-class way performance (95.92%). Additionally, we apply it to the massive Arabic sentiment dataset; it performs well, achieving 88.40% in less time.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the phenomenon that "why our school can’t cultivate outstanding talents?" Pointed out the reason is that the direction of talent cultivation in Chinese schools is unreasonable, focusing on the benefits of batch training of labor force and neglecting the benefits of personality growth of talents. If we want to take both into account under the condition of limited teaching resources, the essence of the problem is to promote teacher-student behavior and institutional change through rational redistribution of limited resources. Therefore, the author designed and implemented the teaching reform solution. On the one hand, reform the traditional class teaching system and the credit system, adopt the teaching content, education methods and teaching system that encourage students' personality growth; on the other hand, establish a six closed loop quality management system for all students, teachers, courses, majors, secondary colleges and functional departments. The teaching comparative experiments prove that the redistribution of teaching resources along the direction of improving market efficiency and talent cultivation efficiency is conducive to the growth of students and the improvement of the overall competitiveness of the school. It also proves that the Model of Promoting Institutional Change Through Optimized Allocation of Limited Resources (PICTOALR Model) can be applied to the field of education.
