Abstract: College students are the important body of ruling by law. Strengthening the legal education and improving the legal literacy of college students are not only the important content of ruling by law but also an important subject of ideological and political education in Chinese colleges. At present, the negative factors of social development are not conducive to the cultivation of college students' legal literacy. The lack of legal education in colleges restricts the improvement of legal literacy of college students and the weak legal consciousness influences the cultivation of legal literacy. It is helpful to improve the legal literacy level of college students by fully implementing the law-based governance of colleges, optimizing legal education in colleges and strengthening the legal beliefs of college students in accordance with the principle of ruling by law.

Abstract: In order to make better practice teaching of undergraduate thesis, randomly selected a respondent group (28 students) to make an anonymous written questionnaire, which was entitled “Feeling after thesis defense”. And there was not any other restrictive requirement on them. The survey results were classified and analyzed from thesis design, research process and thesis accomplishment. It was shown that, though the survey objects encountered some difficulties and hardships in the practice activity, they had a greater degree of recognition on the importance of graduation thesis and the necesscity of engaging in thesis work. And also they not only benefited from the help of teachers and students. But also they were trained and improved greatly in the comprehensive quality and ability in the activity, and so they were pleased for this. It is believed that this investigation will help the practice teaching of undergraduate thesis go up to a new stage.

Abstract: The rapid development of science and technology and the growing information dissemination have enabled people to broaden the channels for acquiring knowledge. With the continuous advancement of Internet technology, a more intimate and simpler learning method has emerged quietly, which has also triggered profound changes in traditional learning methods. This paper aims to combine relatively independent fragmented learning with traditional learning methods by fully analyzing the fragmented learning. Guided by the theory of constructivism, the paper analyzes the shortcomings of fragmented learning and discuses how to make use of its advantages in the era of information technology. It is concluded that combined the characteristics of fragmented learning, it will supplement the traditional learning methods through learners' conscious integration of knowledge structure.

Abstract: The main purpose of the paper is to discuss law application concerning mental damage compensation to air passengers, and to offer solutions. Though Legal Positivism, the paper analyzes the legislative background and purpose of damage compensation to air passengers in Warsaw System; through comparisons, it discusses the legislative and judicial theories and practices concerning mental damage compensation in China and the US. The study finds that, regulations in the Warsaw System concerning mental damage compensation to air passengers have blurred boundaries, leading to difficulties in application. Though as major aviation powers, China and the US also have strong disagreements on this issue in their relevant laws and judicial precedents at home, also leading to difficulties in application. This paper suggests timely amendments to the Warsaw System, so as to avoid forum shopping, which may disturb law application and tarnish the authority of the System.
