Abstract: Education and training are the most essential factors in the development process of States. Indeed, beyond enabling citizens, including children, to build their own future, education and training are the basis for the sustainable and inclusive development of any society. As proof, industrialized countries have relied on these sectors to increase their human capital. Inspired by this lesson, developing countries south of the Sahara, such as Burkina Faso (formerly Upper Volta), have appropriated these tools since their independence. However, given the financial difficulties of these countries, investment in education and training has always been lower than the real needs. This is what justified recourse to official development assistance (ODA) as soon as these countries gained independence in the 1960s. In the case of Burkina Faso, many technical and financial partners have been active in ODA since its political independence on 5 August 1960. So, what is the assessment of this international financial and technical intervention in the fields of education and training? What are the political and social implications of this intervention? This reflection shows that the bi- and multilateral actors have always been numerous and diverse in Burkina Faso since 1960. It also shows that the contributions of technical and financial partners, both bilateral and multilateral, have been insufficient to meet national expectations and very often not adapted to the real needs of the population at the grassroots.

Indeed, beyond enabling citizens, including children, to build their own future, education and training are the basis for the sustainable and inclusive development of any society. Abstract: The purpose of this essay was to identify the advantages of virginity and chastity for health as well as the negative effects of lack thereof. These harms, which can extend to familial and larger social consequences, have been examined from a biological and psychological perspective. The topic is supported by gynecological, biological, and psychological studies. If there isn't any specific research to support a certain inference, then it has been addressed using widely accepted scientific concepts. The essay covered the advantages of virginity and chastity, including how they can deepen relationships via fidelity and committed bonds, improve first sex experiences through novelty, lubricate and tighten the vagina, and protect against illnesses. However, relationships have suffered as a result of several partners or polyamorous relationships, vaginal laxity, and STDs. The practice of prostitution was also discussed, along with the social, psychological, and health costs associated with it. The study concluded that laws should be adopted to prohibit and punish extramarital sex rather than prioritizing the proposal of temporary band-aids to these issues, such as the promotion of condoms, STD treatments, etc., in order to protect individual morality, familial relationships, society from exploiting women, and health laws.

Abstract: Against the background of migration, globalization and nationalization, questions arise about the identity formation of young Muslims living in Germany. Gender-related characteristics of identity are of utmost relevance for the individual in order to be able to successfully locate oneself in modern society. In this article, we examine gender-specific differences between young Muslim women and Muslims with a Turkish migration background who grew up in Germany. We aim to answer the question of how the social, cultural, and ethnic identities of young Muslims growing up in Turkish immigrant families were formed, and to what extent gender differences between young men and women exist here. This question is particularly interesting as young Muslims with a migration background stand at the intersection of different ethnic, cultural, religious and political worlds and have to cope with the task of forming their own processual identity. In this qualitative study, 50 interviews were conducted with young Muslims aged 18-25 whose parents or grandparents migrated from Turkey to Germany. The interviews were audio-documented, transcribed, and imported into the qualitative software program atlas.ti. The analysis was structured by a codebook consisting of structural and open codes. Furthermore, co-occurrence analysis was used to examine the co-occurrence of open and structural codes verified through an interrater reliability calculated using the statistical measure Krippendorff's alpha. The results show that society and culture have a great influence on young Muslims. The development of identity shows significant gender-related characteristics: Young women describe a predominantly good, especially professional, integration into German society. In their Turkish family, however, they tend to encounter criticism, alienation and devaluation. The men are more likely to report discrimination and experiences of disintegration. On the other hand, they experience fewer conflicts in their Turkish family; as sons, they are held in higher esteem than the daughters. These findings reveal divergent expectations placed on men and women by Turkish and German society, which influence their identity formation, but also their inner-emotional conflicts. A hybrid migratory identity represents a valuable resource for shaping transnational and postmodern life-worlds.

Gender-related characteristics of identity are of utmost relevance for the individual in order to be able to successfully locate oneself in modern society. Abstract: With the globalization of the social economy and the increasingly frequent cultural exchanges between countries, China has gradually been understood by the world, and at the same time has been subjected to the influences of foreign culture, which involves the impact of foreign marriage customs and traditions on our society. Whether in China or America, marriage is an essential thing. Since modern times, my country's marriage customs and traditions have gradually evolved and become more Western, but due to an eclectic mix of history, religious beliefs, and social core values, these caused a plethora of marriage practices in several places in China. The exchange and integration of different cultures is an inevitable part of cultural development. The Western touches in Chinese wedding cultures are clearly seen in many elements of contemporary Chinese weddings. Through the analysis of the characteristics of marriage customs between China and the United States, this paper draws out the reasons for the differences and the common development trend, in order to better understand the way of life of the two countries. The reasons for these differences were excitingly explored and summarized through the comparison of Chinese and Western wedding venues, decorations, wedding dresses, the entourage, color motif and theme, wedding banquets/ meals, table manners, superstitions, and a lot more. This paper hopes that through the analysis of cultural differences between Chinese and Western weddings, we can better understand the cultural fusion between Chinese and Western cultures, and promote the exchange and integration of different cultures.

Abstract: With the popularization of higher education, teaching quality has become an urgent problem to be solved. Aiming at the three difficulties faced by China's higher education at present: students' learning time after class is generally insufficient, about one-third of teachers still use the "monophonic broadcast" teaching method, and about two-thirds of teachers' teaching is not integrated enough with industrial practice, this paper puts forward an analytical model for the rational allocation of teaching resources in the direction of "textbook centered, teacher-centered and classroom-centered" and the other direction that "student-centered, student-learning-centered and learning-effect-centered", and points out that the main reason for the above three difficulties is the unreasonable allocation of teaching resources. In order to gradually realize the rational allocation of teaching resources, the author designed a gradual supporting reform path: that is, to improve the incentives for educational innovation, to allocate newly increased teaching and innovation resources in the direction of "learning effect as the center", to stabilize the traditional teacher group in the process of reform, to realize the continuous growth of the demand and output of teaching innovation through reform, and use the effective re-allocation of resources to guide and help teachers and students to migrate to the direction of "learning effect as the center". The above-mentioned supporting reforms have been implemented in Gengdan Institute, and good results have been achieved.

Abstract: With the rapid development of communication technology, cross-cultural communication between regions and countries transcends the limitations of time and space. The form and content of cross-cultural communication are unprecedentedly diverse. Avoiding and resolving the accompanying cross-cultural conflicts and cultivating international talents with cross-cultural abilities are important issues in the reform of foreign language education in colleges and universities in various countries. Based on the perspective of learners' self-perception, this paper examines the correlation between Japanese learners' cross-cultural confidence and the elements of cross-cultural educational environment. Reflect on the problems existing in the construction of cross-cultural education in colleges and universities. A survey of 1027 Japanese learners in 5 colleges and universities in Northeast China was conducted. Through quantitative research methods, it is found: Due to the influence of the foreign language teaching mode that focuses on cultivating language ability for a long time, foreign language learners make self-judgment on their own cross-cultural self-confidence mainly based on language ability. The current cross-cultural curriculum consists of foreign cultural courses, There are few cross-cultural professional courses, and they are characterized by incoherence, The system has not yet been formed. Cross-cultural competence development is long-term, diverse and dynamic. Therefore, the construction of intercultural competence education environment needs to explore an open intercultural competence training model on the basis of solid theories and diverse practices.
